ETHICS & COMPLIANCE

KTL is committed to doing the right thing in every country in which it operates, in every transaction and in every business relationship. Our ethics and compliance approach is intended to guide the decisions of our employees, managers and business partners through the principles of integrity, fairness, respect and responsibility.

The policies and documents available on this page apply to KTL legal entities that have formally adopted the relevant texts through their authorised governing bodies.

Management Message

We measure our success not only by the quality of the services we provide, but also by how we provide them. We do not accept bribery or corruption for any commercial reason, and we regard fair competition, respect for human rights, accurate records, information security and safe working conditions as fundamental responsibilities. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith or participates in a review is not permitted.

Sina Kınay | Chairperson of the Board of Directors | 01.01.2023

KTL's Code of Ethics & Business Conduct establishes a common framework for lawful, honest and responsible conduct across our activities. It covers anti-bribery and anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, fair competition, accurate records, confidentiality, human rights, occupational health and safety, customer and supplier relationships, and reporting concerns.
