Sina Kınay was born in 1973 in Paris, France. He started his secondary and high school education at Pierre Loti High School in Istanbul, Turkey graduating in 1993. Following high school, he graduated from University of Pennsylvania in 1997 (The Wharton Business School) with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management.

Following graduation, he worked at Cambridge Partners LLC investment firm between 1997 and 2000 and as part of Citigroup Investment Banking Transport and Infrastructure team between 2000 and 2004. Sina Kınay has joined KINAY in 2004 and currently serves Chairman of the Board

Kınay has a daughter named Mina. He speaks English and French.

Derya Güçlük was born in 1970 in Istanbul. A member of the KINAY family since 1994, Derya Güçlük worked in the positions of Operations Officer, Manager in Charge of Transits, Aliağa Branch Manager, Aegean Region Manager, Marketing Manager and Assistant General Manager at A. Rıza Kınay Shipping Agencies and Trading Inc. He has been the General Manager of the company since 2018.

Zihni Ülgen was born in 1956 in Istanbul. A graduate of Saint Joseph French High School, Zihni Ülgen received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Boğaziçi University in 1979 and acquired his master's degree in Ceramics and Glass Engineering from Rutgers State University in 1981. Ülgen joined the Kınay family on August 12, 1982, taking on the duties of Technical Manager and Assistant General Manager, respectively. He has been the General Manager of Hasat since 2002.

Zihni Ülgen is married and has two children.

Ahmet Arkun was born in 1959 in Istanbul. Having joined the Kınay family in April 1989, Arkun was the Commercial Manager of the company; he has been serving in the position of Assistant General Manager of Hasat since 1998.

Serkan Feridunoğlu was born in 1973 in Istanbul. Serkan Feridunoğlu, who joined the Kınay family in 1998, worked as the Chartering Manager at Kınay Chartering between 2011 and 2018. He is currently the General Manager of Kınay Chartering.

Barış Dillioğlu was born in 1974 in Istanbul. He graduated from Ersin Private High School in 1991 and from Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration in 1995.

Dillioğlu started his professional career at Gulf Agency Evergreen Line and worked at this company from 1994 to 2005. In 2005, he established Kınay Transport and Logistics S.A. in partnership with the Kınay family. Barış Dillioğlu is currently the General Manager of the company. Dillioğlu, who assumed the duty of UTIKAD Vice Chairman in March 2019, also carries the titles of IMEAK Chamber of Shipping Board Member, DEİK Logistics Council Vice President and DEIK Australia Council Vice President.

Barış Dillioğlu is married and is a congress member of Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club. He speaks English.

Korkut Nadir was born in 1972 in Tokat. He completed his studies at Kuleli Military High School and Istanbul University. Korkut Nadir joined the Kınay family in 2005 and primarily served as the Business Development Director. He has been the Assistant General Manager of the company for the last 6 years. Korkut Nadir is married with one child.

Ferhan Baturlar was born in 1978 in Cologne, Germany. Acting as VP/Key Accounts at Kuehne Nagel, his previous company, Ferhan Baturlar joined the KINAY family in January 2013.

İlker Kızılkaya was born in 1971 in Istanbul. Acting as Marine Import Manager at Kuehne Nagel, his previous company, İlker Kızılkaya joined the KINAY family in July 2012. He has been serving as Assistant General Manager since 2013, when KTL INTERNATIONAL was founded.

Rüstem Güney was born in 1976 in Kastamonu. A graduate of Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration, Güney has held managerial positions in publicly traded companies throughout his career, and in this context, he holds a Capital Markets Activities Level 3 License and a Corporate Governance Rating License.

Rüstem Güney, who assumed the duties of Executive Board Member and Group CFO at Özak Global Holding between 2019 and 2021, joined the KINAY family in August 2021 and has been working as the Finance Director at Kınay since then.

Fluent in English, Rüstem Güney holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate, is married and has two children.

Önder Özberk was born in 1973 in Kırşehir. Önder Özberk, who started his career in 1999 after completing his studies, served as Information Technologies Director and Executive Board Member in his previous company.

Önder Özberk, who joined the KINAY family in January 2020, is currently the Director of Digitalization and Information Technologies.

Serap Başol was born in 1982 in Dörtyol, Hatay. Having worked as Human Resources and Quality Manager with 21 years of experience in the field of human resources, Serap Başol joined the KINAY family in 2016. She has developed projects throughout her career and has participated in many personal development training and certificate programs.

Hakan Kıvanç was born in Istanbul in 1972. Hakan Kıvanç, who was previously Personnel Branch Manager, joined the KINAY family in September 2018 and is currently the Administrative Affairs Manager.

Özgür Konakçı was born in Çorum in 1976. He graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2000. In 2016, he completed his master's degree in 'Logistics and Supply Chain Management' at Mersin University.

Having held various positions at THY Cargo, Kuehne Nagel, DHL Global Forwarding, and Ceva Logistics, Özgür Konakçı joined the Kınay Family in November 2012. He has successively served as the Ankara Branch Manager and Integrated Systems Manager at Kınay Transportation and Logistics Inc. Since January 2022, he has been serving as the Brand and Marketing Manager at Kınay Support Services.

Özgür Konakçı holds a Customs Consultant Assistant License from the Prime Ministry Undersecretariat of Customs. He is married and a father of two children. He is proficient in English.

Gülgün Dede was born in Izmir in 1987. She graduated from Izmir Atatürk High School in 2005 and completed her undergraduate studies at Dokuz Eylül University Maritime Faculty in 2010.

Following her education, Gülgün joined the Kınay family as an intern in 2009 and has remained with the company throughout her career. After occupying various roles, she assumed the position of Limser Trade and Operations Manager in 2015 and presently holds this role.

Gülgün DEDE currently serves as a council member of IMEAK Chamber of Shipping and as the vice president of the 34th committee. She is actively engaged in sectoral studies that concentrate on women and students in different non-governmental organizations, including Utikad, Wista, DEFMED.

Gülgün Dede is fluent in English and German.
